I want to thank each and everyone of you for the care I received on 8/22/07. You are all very special to me. There isn't a lady alive who wants to be without her front teeth let alone 4 or 6 of them. The 3 hours between dentists without teeth were some of the worst, but my smile now makes that a faint memory.

As a child growing up with a cleft lip and palate, I had to wear a partial upper denture which always made me feel self-conscious. This was definitely a personal issue, since other kids had no clue. With the aging process, my upper teeth became more unstable. The only option remaining was to investigate the possibility of the insertion of dental implants. At that point, my dentist in Chicago referred me to two implant specialists, one at an academic medical center. Both of these dentists were hesitant to pursue the insertion of the dental implants due to the lack of bone structure. Then, my dentist suggested I consult with Dr. Eslami and his team. I was referred to you via four prominent dentists. My problem was above their expertise. Fortunately, none of them attempted to handle this re- sorption problem. All recognized your abilities in this field. Therefore, my lucky day started when I met you. On Tuesday, January 8, 2008, I expected to have only a consult visit to your office. Your entire staff of personnel was extremely inviting and assuring. With the comfort and aid of such people, I was introduced to you. Your sincerity and thorough explanation of options, procedures and result expectations led me to choose immediate treatment. On that same day, within ninety minutes my problem tooth was extracted, an implant placed and a great looking crown installed. No pain experienced and I was on my way. The following day, you made a personal phone call to check on my condition and recovery. How unheard of in today's world. I cannot go without saying how impressed I was with this entire procedure. Your ability and experience out did my greatest expectations.
